GRADE A (REFURBISHED)

From time to time we may have used stock which has been price discounted because there’s a minor problem with it. For example, the packaging could be damaged, or there might be something missing such as the software or its user manual. Alternatively, it may have been opened, used and simply returned to us. We may have also used it in-house for testing purposes and because of this, cannot sell it as new.

All used products are sold as serviceable. These products are a bargain and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Where possible, if there is a driver CD or manual missing for example, we will download this and package it ready for collection.

Individual items advertised on our website will have extended information describing their refurbishment status.
